Does anyone have a suggestion on a brand of jump rope if I’m going to buy one to practice DU’s at home? Karen mentioned a specific one to me Saturday, but I was so wiped from the WOD that it literally went in one ear and out the other. 😉 Maybe all jump ropes are the same…. I dunno, don’t have a lot of experience with it, so thought I’d ask for suggestions. Thanks, guys.
Rogue Fitness has some of the speed ropes that I like to use at the gym.
I don’t know if they are the “best” but worth looking at…..

Those wire speed ropes are great. Can be found at rouge or againfaster.com for pretty cheap.
