    Does anyone have a suggestion on a brand of jump rope if I’m going to buy one to practice DU’s at home? Karen mentioned a specific one to me Saturday, but I was so wiped from the WOD that it literally went in one ear and out the other. 😉 Maybe all jump ropes are the same…. I dunno, don’t have a lot of experience with it, so thought I’d ask for suggestions. Thanks, guys.

    Those wire speed ropes are great. Can be found at rouge or againfaster.com for pretty cheap.

      cast off today but not allowed to pick stuff up for 2 more months.

      Does anyone have experience with any affiliates in Nashville? I have a friend there looking to get started with CF.
