Dropped weight afterwards to work on form some more, but still have a tendancy to land on my toes and back from where I start. Footwork strikes again.

  2. Kyle Mosier says:

Not enough sleep last night kept me from doing as well as I should have.

  3. Justin says:

    Awesome moustache

Previous power clean PR was 185

  4. Penelope says:

    55-65-75-85-85-95(2)-95(2)…just couldn’t get 3 above 85#

  5. Devonne says:

65-70-75-80-85-90-95 (had to attempt multiple times)

  6. Robb says:

    135 – 155 – 160 – 165(2) – 165 – 160 – 175 (2)

  7. katieg says:

    I believe 115 is a 3-rep HPC PR

  8. Jake Naumcheff says:

Toughest part was bringing the weight back down to the hang and securing a hook grip

  9. Will Blankenship says:

    Ran out of time.

  10. Robert S. says:

Both times that I only got a single rep was mostly due to me thinking about it for too long and not getting out of my head.

  11. Karen says:

Started to drop the weight between each HPC around 140 because my left shoulder started to gripe some due to lack of a smooth decent to the Hang position. Fail on 145 was due to weight being too far out in front. Form started getting ugly at 155 so I stopped. But it is a pretty substantial PR. Previous 1RM was 135, as far as I can tell.

  12. Ron Wood says:

    135-155-175-185-175(weight mistake)-195-195(2)

  13. Josh Kennedy says:

On my own from post gym:
95-115-135-135-135-140-145. Was losing the hook grip on 2d and 3d reps towards the end
