You forgot pieces of sheet rock that fell in your eyes during wall ball shots. I remember someone falling during a handstand and there being a massive “hole” in the wall.
I remember on those runs that I always did run faster as it got darker and more shaded around those dumpsters and mulch piles. so many good hiding places. Yeah, I deffinatelly learned to run there. Good times.
Wow were those strict, Kip or anyway chin over? Either way that is great. Running Classes now too. Remember to save some for Regionals stud. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! OkieDB Out

Good job teaching the 0600 class Tye! And nice pulls on your workout. That is strong. You may want to google “Tapering” though.
Does anyone know the actual weight of the vest bars? I figured 4 pounds each and didn’t calculate vest..16-24-32-40-48-52-56…….so who knows what my real weights were. My 1RM was 60# so it was a good workout for me.
old school. Don’t forget your roots.
I had some great WODS there! First time I pulled a 500lb deadlift….
but I’m with Russell on “missing” that place.
I really miss that old warehouse.
That was the most painfully hot, stagnant-air, broken pull-up bar, dirty freddy kruger bathroom, exauhst-dust coated warehouse I’ve ever been in…
Was is awesome? Yes.
do I miss it? Not really.

I remember spilling water and it freezing to the floor.
I remember during one WOD on a dark and chilly night Ken Haynes and me were doing 400 meter runs (down to the fence and back) barefoot. Ouch.

Hide yo kids, hide yo wife!!
Don’t forget the random sharp objects in the floor that you would find while doing handstands…..
Good Times.
And…..Happy Birthday, Amanda!!
