21-2 (pr) started out very fast and slowed down in the middle but picked up at the end
next time going to try and pace myself better with little less rest but more times.

  2. Larry Lowe says:

    17 rounds +5

Stuck at 17+ rounds the last 13 times we have done this workout in the last 4 months. pullups are a non issue. I have improved with max pushups. None of it has translated into better Cindy times. Still get gassed on pushups.

  3. Jakub Sikorski says:

    20 + 3 PR (previous 17 +20)

  4. Slade White says:

Something going on with my stomach today, not feeling too hot. Don’t think it’s anything contagious or anything, but let’s not find out. Hopefully just bad food and I’ll be there tomorrow…..

  5. Clint says:

    20 + 4

Lost major steam at 13th round which would have been around half way. I have a serious 10 minute output limit.

  6. Patrick says:

    18 +15 (less PR of 20)
and only about 10 rounds less then K Lowe. Really wanted to get into the 19th round, but just couldn’t get there today. Air squats are my weakness.

  7. Mandy says:

    15 + 5 (pr)

I’m with Larry. Push ups are the major adversary for me with this one.

Also, did not pee on the floor or do push ups on knees, as picture suggests. Did have to rest between push ups sets often. 🙂

  8. Craig Herr says:

    16 + 10

Realized after i was done I did 15 push ups each round instead of 10. It was a long day of work ! The extra 80 push ups took a toll but it ended up a good tough workout–those extra 5 each round got very hard in the later stages. I substiuted regular pull ups with slower ring pull ups from the floor. Bicep is sore this afternoon but feeling much better overall–hopefully i have turned the corner.

Congrats to all the ladies that did the 30 day zone / paleo challenge!! I did it as well and it was life changing.

  9. Robert Montgomery says:

12:00 – Bench Press -10×2 @ 165(bodyweight) with 30 secs rest between sets. This was not too tough. Should have gone heavier.

    Back Squats 5×5: 225-245-265-265-265

5pm: 5 rounds for time of:
    30 double unders, 6 60# R arm DB snatches, 6 60# L arm DB snatches, 12 pullups

    Time: 20:04

    Larry,
I finally reached a Push Up zen moment today. Used to pretty much break all the push ups into 7+3 or something like that. Russell kept telling me to just “fall” during the push up descent and not control it (which is a negative and fatiques the muscle faster than a positive)….anyway. Today it clicked. Knocked out 10’s till about round 22 or so. Made all the difference. My slowness was still the squats. If I can push through discomfort then 28 is def “doable”.

Ask Russell about the Push up thing. It helps HUGE.

Thanks again to Craig and Patrick for yelling.

    K

    Back Squat 3-3-3
    255-255-255
    Then
    “Cindy”
    20 rounds

  12. Russell says:

    23 + 19

Felt horrible. cramped, tired. Drank more coffee than water today. Need more sleep.

  13. Katherine Berger says:

    16 rds + 6 (PR…bc I have actually never done this workout!)

    PS
    Mandy,
I read your post and laughed till I cried. Hysterical.

  14. Kerri says:

13 rounds with jumping pu’s. PR’ed from last time with 11 rounds +5 +10- but this one was ring rows…Not a straight comparison, but an improvement nonetheless…..

The Zone is the way to go….Just a great way to manage portions and get a healthy balance of exactly what we need….Starting month #2 of the Zone and into month #3 of CF….Hoping to see some positive changes in the coming months!

  15. Mandee Miller says:

    14 rounds

  16. Garth says:

    Mary — 10 rounds +1.
HSPU and 1-leg squats unbroken. Pull-ups were sets of 5 early, then less. Last set was 15×1.
150 pull-ups in 20 minutes took its toll. My hands look like the surface of the moon…that is if the moon bled. Those bars were not nice. Used the grip on some of them but still torn to shreds. My calluses were not the problem. The holes are in fingers and palms. Hate to say I might have to wear gloves next time. I really hate to think such blasphemy. Used New Skin on them and cried like a baby putting it on.

  17. Daniel says:

18 Rounds . PR is 21. Not feeling it today. I haven’t done a strength workout in over a week. I need to throw some in for my own good.

  18. leah says:

    14 rounds +5

  19. Tricer says:

10 mile run in the morning followed by 14 rounds + 5 pushups.

14 rounds is where I was when I came back from shoulder PT, so this is definitely an improvement if I subtract the exhaustion from the 10 mile run.

  20. JeffWomble says:

    14 + 1 PR.

  21. Courtney Meyers says:

    16 rounds w/ ring rows

  22. LeshaS says:

    15 rounds with ring rows

  23. James Lambert says:
