    130-135-140(X-2)-140-145-150-155(X-2) all full squat snatches.

    150 is a 5 lb PR. Thanks to Jake for telling me to get out of my head and just do it.

    115-125-135(x)-135(x)-135(x)-135(x)-135
    135 is a PR for squat snatch. I felt like I made a little progress today thanks to Jake and Penelope’s coaching. Still lots of room for improvement.

    Seemed like a bagillion failed attempts at 165. Very frustrating.

    wow I hate getting under that bar! Lunch class worked hard and was determined to hit a lot of marks – you could tell b/c everyone was frustrated with their work.

    Just did Helen – 8:55 rxd, all unbroken. Resting 45 mins and then will do Annie.

      Great time Naveen! My runs were painfully slow….that and taking too many breaks last round really hurt my time on Helen yesterday.

        Thanks Scott. I’m sure it helped that we had a beautiful cool and sunny morning. My form was pretty crappy though.

        Annie was slower than I hoped – 7:54. Double unders were fine (maybe 4 misses total), but i guess sit-ups were slow. Fast transitions and no pauses at all, so I was surprised when I looked at my watch at the end.

    220 ties PR from about a year ago :/
    but…..got under 225 solidly and fell on my ass which is a good thing because normally i lose it forward.

    Jake’s pointers on snatch pull practice up until the actual lift helped tremendously. I’m confident that if I had enough time to get a few more attempts at 225 that I’d eventually get it. next time. 225 is becoming more and more of a huge benchmark for me. elusive for about a year now.

    155# ties previous PR. But, tonight I was able to get under it without a pressout. My first pull is too slow, arm pulling and not finishing the second pull, tentative third, and still pressing out anything even remotely heavy. Other than that, it’s perfect.
