First time doing this WOD. Should have done better. Felt like crap after spending the entire day in two smoking households yesterday. It is amazing how much that shit gets embedded in the entire house.

“RANDY as RXd with 20lb Weight Vest = 4:34
This is not a PR and I know I hardly ever post my times, but this is my first WOD since 22 December and it felt good. Man CrossFit makes everything go better.
Anyway I have been pretty sick and suffering and wanted to tell everyone I am very sorry I did not make it to the Christmas Party nor the combined morning class and breakfast. Sorry:( I truly do respect and care for each and everyone of CFHSV Athletes, the Trainers, and the organization. You are a great family and I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and are ready to bring on the New Year CrossFit style. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! Coach B
PS a Great Big Thank You to the Angel that healed me. I owe you. Lymph Nodes are still a little swollen, but feeling much better.
Aww! Good job, Dennis! Sorry you’ve been sick! Can’t wait for New Year’s Day WOD!!!!
Hope you get to feeling better Dennis!
