    5 HSPU
    10 alternating pistols
    5 MU’s

    9 rounds on the nose

major strain or something going on in my left forearm
maybe 45 MU’s a bit much for one WOD?

    Cindy – 20 rounds

  9. J.D. says:

Cindy- 12 rounds + 5 push ups. Still feeling a little puny, but tendinitis in elbows seems better. Started really feeling it around round six, and it was downhill from there. Oh well…

  10. Craig Herr says:

    Cindy- 17 rounds
(still have to do jumping pullups becuase of tendon tear and they take longer)

  11. Daniel says:

18 Rounds at home on the Iron Gym. PR was 21. Well off, but it was 10:30 at night, and the Iron gym doesn’t let you get a full kip. I’m happy I just got the workout in.

  12. Daniel says:

    Great job James.

  13. Garth says:

21 rounds. PUs unbroken. Squats almost unbroken. My push-ups could use some work.

  14. James p says:

thanks Daniel. I feel like the only way i can break 24 is if I get shorter by 4 inches!

  15. Kerri says:

10 Rounds +5 Ring rows +10 push-ups-First time, so now I’ve set the bar for myself

  16. James Lambert says:

12 rounds + looking for some tape for a rip and as always push-ups need some help.

  17. Slade White says:

Cindy – 14 rounds +25. Missed 15 by a few seconds. Pushups are still the slowest part.

    Great video Katie! 🙂

  25. LeshaS says:

17 rounds even with ring rows. PR by 4 1/2 rounds. Now if I could just master a pull-up…

  26. Ashley says:

“Cindy” modified with ring rows instead of pull ups. Did 8 rounds plus 15 reps.

  27. Justin says:

    20 rounds + 8 pushups
    PR was 20 even
Did this one in the garage today. Everything was unbroken. Felt like I couldn’t get any oxygen after about round 12. Found myself taking 15-20s between rounds before I could get motivated to start another round. Laid on the floor for about 15 minutes afterwards. For some reason my arms are still shaking about an hour later.

  28. Clint says:

    19 rounds

matched my last PR. Pushups starting getting challenging and squats were rough. My meal plan wasn’t deciplined though so I attributted feeling like dying to poor diet timing. I missed my 9 am meal. No a mistake I will repeat on a day with something intense happening.
