Cindy- 12 rounds + 5 push ups. Still feeling a little puny, but tendinitis in elbows seems better. Started really feeling it around round six, and it was downhill from there. Oh well…

(still have to do jumping pullups becuase of tendon tear and they take longer)
18 Rounds at home on the Iron Gym. PR was 21. Well off, but it was 10:30 at night, and the Iron gym doesn’t let you get a full kip. I’m happy I just got the workout in.

12 rounds + looking for some tape for a rip and as always push-ups need some help.

Did this one in the garage today. Everything was unbroken. Felt like I couldn’t get any oxygen after about round 12. Found myself taking 15-20s between rounds before I could get motivated to start another round. Laid on the floor for about 15 minutes afterwards. For some reason my arms are still shaking about an hour later.
19 rounds
matched my last PR. Pushups starting getting challenging and squats were rough. My meal plan wasn’t deciplined though so I attributted feeling like dying to poor diet timing. I missed my 9 am meal. No a mistake I will repeat on a day with something intense happening.
