Not sure how many are into trail running, but a great event is coming to Mt. Sano on Oct. 18
If you’re interested and never experienced an Xterra event, you gotta check this one out.
Crossfit Endurance WOD 40min. run = 4.53miles. My Garmin cuts off in the woods so im not sure of distance. I felt like I was going faster than that.

Joe needs a spot on the Athletes page. CFHSV needs to demonstrate the varied athletes we have. I suggest Russ nominate that vid for CF Affiliate page or better.
Made up Angie on at the Redstone track. They have a bunch of pull-up bars and an incline sit-up bench. Not a bad spot. Was very slow: 24:59. I need to start putting pull-ups back into a greasing the groove routine. They have fallen off dramatically. I am embarrassed.

Ran a 5K on the treadmill at the Matrix, then worked on double unders at Crossfit. Thanks Russell for trying to teach me.
