Had to rearrange my schedule today so I didn’t get to eat properly before this workout. Not real good at running anyway, but with no food in the tank, it was all I could do to keep moving forward.
A little bit of lax living in the last week or so with birthdays and cookouts (aka cake and beer); so the run felt a little rougher than usual. Lifts were good, runs not so much.
Glad to be back on track this week, and back ‘in the Zone’ to get ready for the full fledged Zone next week.
I was shooting for 30 DU’s every round. I didn’t get it everytime but they are definitely getting much better. Two weeks ago I couldn’t link 3, today I hit 30 in a row several times.

Weighted Pullups from yesterday. I had no idea where to start, and just stopped at failure.
