Use 25, 45, or 65 pound dumbbells. Use one of the C&J dumbbells as the load for the weighted pull-ups. Placing the dumbbell between legs crossed at the ankles works very well.

Ran the 5k cc course with Joe C at lunch.
*The “Run for Gabby” is this Sat. So far there are 100 signed up and only 2 cross fitters. This is a sanctioned race so there should be some top runners. I saw that David Riddle is running. I would like to see Russell, Josh or Aaron give him a run for his money. Strike that, I meant Russell or Aaron I forgot Josh does not run. lol
