A. Master’s Qualifier Event 2, 2015:

In 15 minutes, establish a 1 rep max snatch (power, squat or split)

B. Master’s Qualifier Event 1, 2015:

5 minute AMRAP of:

5 ring muscle-ups (55 and over 5 ring dips)

10 cleans 155/105lbs. (50-59 135/95lbs.) (60 and over 115/75lbs.)

C. Core & Shoulder Development:

30 GHD sit-ups or 30 Military ab-mat sit-ups anchored

200m double dumbbell or kettle bell overhead hold walk

30 butterfly ab-mat sit-ups

30 see saw fashion bottoms up kettle bell press

30 evil wheels or barbell rollouts
