    Dang! Now that’s a great view! Loving these pics sent from home! I have no doubt Brandi is killing it at home just like she does at the gym. She’s not new to this game and she knows how to throw down with the best of them. Always friendly and always kind and encouraging to her fellow athletes. Keep making it look easy!

    Also, started off the day right getting to watch Hal, Bo and Frans throw down this morning at the 6am zoom class!

    Home WOD- Rows w/35# DB, about 4 rounds of strict push-ups and the rest were knee push-ups, air squats, G2O w/BB, 80# because that’s all the weight I have! Missing being able to build up heavy. 18:10
