B.  5 sprint rounds w/decreasing rest times:

3 burpee pull-ups  RX+ 3 muscle-ups (bar or ring)

6 hang power cleans 135/95  RX+185/125  (55 and over 105/70)

9 box jumps/step-ups  24/20″  RX+ 30/24″

12 wallballs  20/14 lbs.  10/9′    RX+ 11/10′  (55 and over 20/10  9′)

Rest 2:00, 1:30, 1:00, and :30 seconds respectively between rounds.

*Score is total time to complete minus 5 minutes

Rest exactly 2 minutes after WOD, then:

“Finisher”

Athlete’s choice:

max unbroken hang power clean at WOD weight or max muscle-ups unbroken

    David never slows down, he was my team mate in the last partner WOD the Doc never slowed down. He has a lethal combination of strength and stamina. Tons of respect for one CFHSV’s finest.
