Dave is the lunch time warrior. He is the epitome of the accomplished professional in the Huntsville community who prioritizes CrossFit during his work day. He does so much for the culture of the 1130am class by welcoming in a new face, remembering an old familiar face, and willing to talk strategy and all other things CFHSV. Thanks for making the team better!
Dave is a wonderful person, great athletic.
Dave the Destroyer. This guy knows how to take the pain, keep going, and ask for more. Don’t let his mild demeanor fool you, he’s a killer. Keep up the hard work Dave!
Dave! He’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’ve finished many WODs just because of his encouraging me to do so. 11:30 thrives because of this man!
I’m proud to call this guy my friend and fellow workout partner … Lunchtime crew is truly something special truly it’s like going to Mount Rushmore or to New York City u have to be their to see the amazing people that workout at that time
Dave is my hero during Running and Endurance!! He can out-endurance and out-encourage anybody!!! 🙂
Dave always digs deep and gives it everything. And he can lift a dang house to boot!
This photo captures Dave perfectly! Always willing to push himself to the limit, endure the pain, and keep going! Congrats on all your CrossFit accomplishments Dave! Your hard work shines through daily, and your kind spirit is infectious and uplifting! 🙂
Dave Mighty Mixon is one of a kind. Cool, calm, and collected as he sells out every day for every wod. He is a silent WOD Warrior and a voice of reason and camaraderie within the walls of CFHSV. Awesome work Dave!
Dave!
Awesome picture for an awesome athlete. In a lunch time crowd of awesome athletes and teammates your enthusiasm for Crossfit commitment and support stand out!
Great picture capturing Dave doing what he does best which is go HARD!! Keep it up!
Dave is no stranger to the pain cave and attacks WODs with intensity! He is kind, humble, and sincere with advice and encouragement. Truly one of my favorite people at Crossfit Hsv! Keep up the good work my friend!
Dave puts 100% effort into every wod. Then he goes on to encourage everyone else to do the same. He simply makes the CFHSV community stronger.
A true ” encourager” and friend. A lifter of ” heavy metal” and a star student of the pavement pounding Saturday morning Breakfast Club, An inspiration to us all. JT
Dave is always an inspiration. Gives everything everyday every workout. Always enjoy chatting with him breaking down the WODs figuring out how best to attack them. Very strategic!
Oh man, that picture remind me of how much that wod sucked.
Thank you for all of the kind words. The greatest thing about our gym is truly the sense of community. From the coaches to the vets to the new folks, we all share a sense of dedication, support and encouragement of each other. I felt that from my very first day here and I still feel it today. It has pushed me far beyond what I imagined I could do. For that, I am profoundly grateful.
I cannot add much more to the comments on Dav already, a CFHSV veteran and stalwart!
