B. 3 rounds for time of:

50 double unders

2 rope climbs 15′   RX+ 2 legless 15′  (55 and over 2 at 10′ or 1 at 15′)

25 push press 75/55   RX+ 95/65  (55 and over 65/45)

Rest exactly 3 minutes after completion of WOD, then:

“Finisher”

2 minutes max v-ups

    Dave is the lunch time warrior. He is the epitome of the accomplished professional in the Huntsville community who prioritizes CrossFit during his work day. He does so much for the culture of the 1130am class by welcoming in a new face, remembering an old familiar face, and willing to talk strategy and all other things CFHSV.     I’m proud to call this guy my friend and fellow workout partner … Lunchtime crew is truly something special truly it’s like going to Mount Rushmore or to New York City u have to be their to see the amazing people that workout at that time

    Oh man, that picture remind me of how much that wod sucked.

    Thank you for all of the kind words. The greatest thing about our gym is truly the sense of community. From the coaches to the vets to the new folks, we all share a sense of dedication, support and encouragement of each other. I felt that from my very first day here and I still feel it today. It has pushed me far beyond what I imagined I could do. For that, I am profoundly grateful.

    A: 185(3)-205(2)-225(1)-235(1)-245(1)
    B: 8:15, scaled (started RX+, started and failed on 5th rope climb twice at roughly 4:30, tried to rest, but grip was gone! Finished 5th/6th with regular rope climbs and 95#)
    C: 52 reps
