A. EMOM for 10 minutes

Odd = 3-50 double unders or 60-100 single underrs

Even = 6-10 HSPU or 6-10 push-ups (elevated or regular)

B. Bench Press: 10 / 6 / 4-5 / 4-5 / 10  E2:30MOM

C. For Time:

1 mile run

100 ab-mat unanchored sit-ups  RX+ 70 GHD sit-ups

    My new goal for 2015! The free standing HSPU! Impressive. Haley was able to do pistols the first day she walked into the gym. Did not seem to understand the why that was a problem for anyone..:-)

    11:52 Rx’ed. Did the GHD SU, just not the reaching back to touch the ground part, lower back does not like that. Nice morning for a mile run though….
