B. “What Goes Up Must Come Down”  by DB

For Time:

Double Unders:  20 – 40 – 60 – 40 – 20

Barbell Push-Ups: 10 – 20 – 30 – 20 – 10

Front Squats: 5 – 10 – 15 – 10 – 5   135/95  RX+ 185/125   (55 and over 95/65)

    One of my “favorite” things is trying to keep up with Carrie at the 0500 WOD!
    A: 135# for 20 reps
    B: 13:54 Rx’ed. DUs failed me in the last round. Some fire breather will break 10min for this WOD.

    Thank you all for all the kind words today. And thanks to everyone that came out and supported all of our CFHSV teams yesterday. It was so hot,everyone really sacrificed there whole day. My team mates were so awesome,so we’re all the teams.
    I have the worst facial expressions. At least I wasn’t biting my lower lip like I usually do. Haha. That was not an easy weight! I think I was actually holding my breath.
    Wish I could have done today’s WOD! Looked like a good one!
