    Kristen definitely represents The ‘Ville. Kristen has a lovely attitude that’s determined but easy going enough to keep it fun, and that’s the best way. She’s working hard wether she’s in class, open gym, or the side gym. Keep smiling, enjoying friends, and working hard Kristen!

She’s made some serious gains since joining CFHSV and her dedication and commitment just keep them coming. Stay after it, Kristen! 😁

    Kristen! That’s right… way to finish that pull! Making those reps look easy! This athlete was hooked from day one! It’s been awesome to watch CF become such a big part of Kristen’s life. She just keeps getting stronger, faster and smarter while attacking WODs all week long. She’s always open to be coached and gaining new skills because of her work ethic and commitment. Keep making those gains!!
