    Hey everybody,
    Unfortunately, I’ll be leaving here in just over a week to go back to school in Nashville and I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a good box in that area. Crossfit Huntsville has been amazing for the short time I’ve been there, and I’d love to join a box that is similar to it (although it could never match it). If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! Thanks for the help!

      Collin, Crossfit Nashville is a good box. We know people there and they recently hosted a USAW event that BBOLC participated in. Good Luck.

    7:28 rx hard to get in the right mindset down here. About a 145-148 pace on row. Slow walk to bar. Put it down with 5 sec. rest each on rep 25 and 40. Dropped off bar at 10 pullups and did sets of 5 until done. It is a interesting box. Few core athletes and a lot of drop-ins. Great group of people though.
