1 rope climb 15′ or 10 pull-ups (MRX 10′ or 5 pull-ups)
5 back squats 135/95 (MRX 95/65)
10 pull-ups or 1 rope climb 15′ (MRX 5 pull-ups or 10′)
rest 2 minutes, then:
“FINISHER”
1 minute max barbell jumping squats 45/35

Really wanted to do the WOD with 5 FS to 1 Rope Climb to 5 BS and 10 pull-ups, but I have no climbing rope yet until my Castro Rig is put in. So WOD was 5 FS@95lbs – 10 Pull-ups -5 BS@95lbs – 10 Pull-ups
WOD = 6+5 – All pull-ups unbroken and squats
Jumping Barbell Squats = 21

Sorry to miss Back Squats today and Mr Joshua yesterday. Have been wandering Colorado the past few with Matthew (my oldest), looking at colleges and seeing the sights. Climbed Mt Elbert this morning starting 4am, 4700′ gain to the peak at 14,433ft. 7.5hrs for the 9mi round-trip ( including sitting on top for a while). So hopefully all those sled pulls helped me keep up with a 16y/o on his first 14er! See you later this week.
