    That’s my strong friend Regina throwing a barbell around like its a pvc pipe. She’s a super fast runner too. She knows how to destroy a wod. You won’t find a sweeter, nicer person. It’s always a great day when Regina shows up. Awesome picture of an awesome person!

    Lookin bad to the bone Regina! This is an awesome shot of strength especially knowing that she can run like the wind and glide through the air on muscle ups too. Regina is CrossFit through and through. She’s been at it a long time and come a long way. It doesn’t get much better than Regina as a CrossFitter or person. Keep it up Regina 😊

    Love this picture of a total CrossFit stud throwing down and doing what she loves! Regina is one of the most motivated athletes in the gym, and she truly never backs down from a challenge. She’s got an inner fight that is unmatched. Without a doubt, Regina is someone who motivates me daily to be a better coach and a better athlete. You’re the best, Regina! 😁

    Regina! There isn’t much this amazing woman can’t do! Awesome athlete, strong woman and amazing mom! She is always consistent in her training and it shows. She determined to lift heavy, glide through gymnastics movements and fly instead of just run. Always impressed with this woman!
