Core Development:
-1 minute High Plank Hold w/1 Push-up every 5 seconds
-15 V-ups
-1 minute Left Side High Plank Hold
-15 GHD Sit-ups
-1 minute Right Side High Plank Hold
– 15 Hip Extensions
-1 minute Low Plank Hold
