– WOD RXd = 7:53 – 1st set of Thrusters – T2B – WallBalls unbroken then C2B and 2nd round all 6-5-4 reps. No muscle stamina or engine. Actually lost my kip as well.
– 1st finisher = 6 T2B/pull-up combo max unbroken. Could only link the 1st two then had to gymnastics kip the rest.
– 2nd finisher = 16 wallballs unbroken- I was spent and could barely hold arms over my head.
– Pretty pumped I could do this WOD RXd though.
