    As a coach, I can appreciate her thirst for “why” and “how”. She always wants to know the reason behind the madness so not only can she perform better (which she is continuing to do), but so she can be smarter and safer in her endeavor to be healthier and more fit.

    – Kim G is in the house. Non-stop Kim in for the win. Still wear her CFHSV shirt proudly!
    CFHSV it is Marvelous Monday, so make sure you bring a thruster sandwich with a wallball on top 🙂
    – Thruster: 6@95; 5@115; 4@135; 3@155; 1@175
    – WOD RXd = 7:53 – 1st set of Thrusters – T2B – WallBalls unbroken then C2B and 2nd round all 6-5-4 reps. No muscle stamina or engine. Actually lost my kip as well.
    – 1st finisher = 6 T2B/pull-up combo max unbroken. Could only link the 1st two then had to gymnastics kip the rest.
    – 2nd finisher = 16 wallballs unbroken- I was spent and could barely hold arms over my head.
    – Pretty pumped I could do this WOD RXd though.
    – Have a Marvelous Monday CFHSV.

    B: 6:01, RX (totally screwed this one up…flew through the first rd, then thought we were suppose to rest 2min, walked around for 40 secs or so and saw everyone still moving, looked at the board and was like S@$T!😑)
    C: 6/12(missed wall and by no means was I upset!)
    – Great class Kodi!!! Kim is such a sweetheart! A tough crossfitter at that! Keep it up as always!
