B. 21-15-9 reps of:

OHS  75/55 or 95/65

over the bar burpees

pull-ups

    Josh great pic. You are a true CrossFitter that made it a very pertinent point to start light, right and tight ensuring form and technique prevailed. You constantly worked a lot of your foundational moves. BAM, you are now a Bad A CFer that lifts heavy loads fast and beautiful. Keep it up!

    Josh! I have on video where you are patiently counting my reps of toes-to-bar during 14.2( I think) and then later I remember you keeping my score for the Green Team tryout. I appreciate your calm demeanor and hard work in the box. Mostly I appreciate you answering all of my goofy questions. And, that’s a lot of weight you are pushing dude!

    Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement. When I started Crossfit a little over a year ago I really didn’t know what to expect or how much of a profound change it would have on my life. Part of this is due to being much fitter and healthier that I used to be, but I think the majority of this positive impact is due to the wonderful friends and coaches at CFSHV. I think we have the best coaches and programming and I am so glad to be a member of this box.
