    Lawrence soaring through the WOD as usual. Lawrence is money on M – W – F. You can set you clock to it. He’s a great athlete with great balance between work, fitness, and fun. He’s also as easy as they come, always got a good attitude, and willing to share laughs and conversation with anybody. Keep making it look easy my dude!

    Lawrence looking mean, slinging that barbell around with ease! This dude is awesome and it’s always a pleasure to see him walking through the doors to cap off our evening. He works super hard and is as consistent as can be with his training. Lawrence floats on the rig and makes gymnastics look too easy, and he can hang onto a barbell longer than just about anybody in the gym. Keep after it, stud! ?
