Oh yes. Those are the side effects of FRAN. Finishing a 6 minute workout only to lay on the ground for 10 minutes. I remember that all too well.
I remember it too. Those pics were taken ~10 minutes apart. I thought Nathaniel was going to draw a chalk outline around Ben at one point. But he killed Fran. Got a PR. And (eventually) got up and walked away. Good work Ben. That was inspiring to watch (and judge).
Yes Ben was a perfect model for these pictures! He held each position for a minimum of 5 minutes. 🙂
