    Chaise is back and showin out! It’s been great having Chaise back in the gym with us and always impressed with her attitude and effort no matter the challenge. She can run, lift, and fly through the air. She’s not afraid to work her weakness and always receptive to coaching and feedback. Chaise has been committed to her health and fitness since the day we met and it’s always encouraging to see someone show consistency. Don’t change a thing and keep moving young Stud 😊

    That’s what I’m talking about, Chaise! Moving that barbell, wearing out the track, and working hard no matter what. Chaise is back and has been nothing but consistent, motivated and positive. She always gives 100%, and it usually smiling, even through the pain of a tough WOD. She’s got a friendly disposition, a great attitude, and is always receptive to feedback. Stay the course, Chaise! 😊
