WOD:

A. In 15 minutes establish a 1RM weighted chest to bar pull-up and a 2RM weighted chin over bar pull-up

or

Work on strict chin-ups or strict pull-ups if no weighted pull-ups

B. Complete 100 reps for time of:

Thrusters 95/65

*catch: every time you put the bar down, you must complete 10 pull-ups*

**can only rest in the front rack position or with the bar locked out overhead**

    What a day 100 thrusters. This threw some of you for a loop or put a little scare or apprehension in your brain-housing group. This is the 3rd time we have performed some form of this WOD since I have been here.

    A point I would like to emphasize with this WOD and CrossFit is half if not more of the battle is MENTAL. You cannot go into a WOD like this defeated before you start. Grab it by the horns and ride it or control it down until it is on its back, not you. Many WODs you perform have this many reps or more, they do not just up front say 100. Once most of you got settled into this you started crushing it. It is the before aspect I want and need you to be comfortable with. Prevail and win with proper mindset!
