    Every darn day is a Holladay. Chris is as skilled an athlete there is at CFHSV. The higher the degree of difficulty the better he performs. He’s got skills, strength, form, and technique but there’s one thing this Holladay doesn’t do – run – he won’t even jog around the rig. But in Chris’s defense, he does so many other things above and beyond. Chris is a great guy that you always look forward to seeing. He’s positive and goes out of his way to speak to others and pay compliments to anyone he crosses paths with. Chris Holladay is the real deal and I’m glad to call him a friend. Go’head and take a lap Holladay

    Chris locked out and dialed in, showing off his flexibility and strength. That guy right there is a good man, plain and simple. He’s kind, polite, gracious and friendly. He works incredibly hard, but always has enough left in the tank to encourage and motivate others. He’s a stud of a CrossFitter who shines with any high skill movements. Grateful to know this guy and lucky to call him a friend. Keep rocking, Holladay! 🙂
