A. Back Squat: 8-10 / 6-8 / 4-5 / max reps / max reps  E2MOM

B. “Tops or Bottom” by DB

For Time: (athlete’s choice, start at top or start at bottom)

200m run – 2 front squats – 12 push press

800m row – 4 front squats – 10 push press

400m run – 6 front squats – 8 push press

400m row – 8 front squats – 6 push press

800m run – 10 front squats – 4 push press

200m row – 12 front squats – 2 push press

Barbell Loads: 115/80  RX+ 155/105   (55 and over 95/65)

    Britton is a good looking strong man that knows what he wants. I know one thing he wants is too lift BIG and go HARD. He is a beast. I remember his first muscle up. It was truly a MUSCLE-up. Get some Big B.

    My 12 year old daughter is starting to CrossFit more and wanted to go against me today when she finished basketball practice. She beat me last Sunday on “Rankel.” She is the only reason I finished in the time cap as I did not think I would make it, but she pushed me extra hard.
