Thanks coach. That’s a PR and 425 was my 1rm on the 7th of last month. I was nailing the du s today to. Still had to hold back on snatches though. I would like to thank you and everyone else that has coach or helped me. Feb will be a year I’ve been at CFHSV and I am with out a doubt in the best shape of my life.
