    5 Rep Thruster = 95-135-165-185 only 4 1/2 (fail) Mad as fire!
    WOD as RXd w/105lbs = 18:29
    I dropped not one but two lungs and had to use all the air and motivation from all the lunch class crew. Thanks lunch time crew.

        Maybe a friendly wager between the Ala fans and Okie fans (i.e. Okie DB) for the game. Winner makes up a wod for the loser…..

          I am not real happy about this and seriously considering moving, but a WOD planning for the loser is enticing as either the planner or the performer. Mr. Day I may just take you up on this. You have already helped change my spirits. Thanks CrossFit and Black Shirt brother.

    -200 yds for time freestyle = 3:30
    Rest as needed
    -150 yds for time any stroke = 2:30 freestyle
    Rest as needed
    -100 yds for time any stroke = 1:34 freestyle
    Rest as needed
    -50yds kickboard and 50yds freestyle for time = 2:24

    No excuses but my legs felt like lead performing this after today’s WOD.
