Cool Down:
30 GHD sit-ups or ab-mat weighted sit-ups OR 30 T2B in as few sets as possible

I accepted my own invitation today to our church’s revival meetings, and was vividly reminded of the urgency of the need for people to come to know Christ. It would not be fair of me as a believer to not share the good news (Gospel) with those I know and care about. So, as I posted here a couple times before when I gave my own testimony of having accepted Christ as my savior, sin is the disease, it’s universal, we all have it. There’s one and only one cure, the blood of Jesus Christ imputed (or applied) to your account, through faith in Him. If anyone at any time wants to know more about this, let me know. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
