    The glorious Turkish Get Up! This unique movement asks a lot of the body and it’s ability to contort itself under load. Daniel ‘Checkmate’ Perez stayed tuff and found his way to the top. Stay on your grind CFHSV cause today we Tabata!!

    Turkish Get Ups and Daniel P…. it doesn’t get more hardcore than this! Not only does Daniel show up everyday, but his wife and kids do the same! The apple definitely doesn’t fall far from the tree in this family. Honored to get to coach the those little CrossFit studs in the making!
