10 Goblet Step-ups, alternating  24/20″  MRX 20/18″

20 Bar Facing Burpees

12 Goblet Step-ups, alternating

24 Chest to bar Pull-ups  MRX Pull-ups

14 Goblet Step-ups, alternating

28 Power Cleans

16 Goblet Step-ups, alternating

32 KBS

3 Wall Walks

12 Dumbbell Snatches   50/35   55+/Teens 14-15   35/20

15 Box Jump-Overs   24/20″

Scaled = Scaled wall walks, 35/20 dumbbell, may step on box jump-overs

Foundations = 3 Bear Crawls, 20/10 dumbbell, 12″ box step-overs

    24kg! 24 is always ready to kick some tail! 24 is a well rounded candidate that somehow finds its way into my life consistently. 24 is incredibly heavy and highly skilled in both back breaking and making the person finishing the last rep somehow do a front flip when trying to set it down too quickly.
