WOD:

A. Spend 15 minutes practicing shoulder press, push press, and push/split jerk technique (from the floor)

B. For total reps:

With a 7 minute time limit:

750m row

max reps shoulder press 95/65 (pull from floor to start)

rest 3 minutes

With a 7 minute time limit:

750m row

max reps push press 135/95 (pull from floor to start)

rest 3 minutes

With a 7 minute time limit:

750m row

max reps push jerk or split jerk 185/130 (pull from floor to start)

    I think someone from the Sunday 3:00 class accidentally grabbed by black North Face jacket instead of their black/gray NF jacket. If you did grab it please bring it back and leave it in the office or lost and found for me please. Thanks!!

    I am ashamed to say but this is my first workout in over a month.

    Don’t know if this is good or bad programing but it’s what popped up in my head. The rowing killed me.

    out of town this week. Worked in at the Reston CF and we did filthy fifty; 22:09 rx. I was off by 2 seconds from my pr. nice gym and people but just doesn’t seem to bring the focus and intensity of our gym.

    Looks like there were some impressive scores today at CFHSV….nice work all.

    Key to this one seemed to be getting done with the row quick enough to have time to recover before getting on the bar.
