B. 3 rounds for time of:

400m run

5 power snatch 105/70  RX+ 135/95   (55 and over 95/55)

10 over the bar/lateral burpees

5 power snatch 105/70   RX+ 135/95   (55 and over 95/55)

rest 2 minutes between rounds

Score = total time minus 4 minutes of rest
