Doh! Forgot the sequence of movements and did 10 HSPUs and 25 DUs after first run before Michael reminded me I should be doing PS. Nonetheless, fun wod this morning. Super impressed with Felicia for grinding it out, great job for someone who is barely old enough to drive. 🙂
Thank you muchly!!! I used to wear ribbons in my hair for soccer, it was kind of my signature thing, I am thinking it may be time for the ribbon in the hair for CrossFit, but that may make the age even harder to believe! One day I will be able to do a DU, and one day I will be able to do an HSPU, but tomorrow, will be the first time I have done back to back days – if I don’t die tomorrow, we will have achieved success! Thanks for the encouragement and the inspiration!!!!
