    Kayla with the mean front rack. Two KBs is no joke and neither is she. Kayla showed up at CFHSV eager to learn, ready to put in work, and was friendly to everyone. She’s made some pretty impressive gains in a short time. She’s made some new friends along the way too. Kayla is driven and has a toughness to her but she’s also easy enough to make jokes, laugh, and enjoy the camaraderie. Keep doin what you’re doin young stud 😊

    Oh man, I love this pic! Kayla looking gritty and mean, digging deep and working hard. This young lady is a breath of fresh air and as genuine as can be. She’s worked incredibly hard, making an extra effort to focus on good form, technique and standards. It’s super impressive how far she’s come, and I’ve got no doubt she’s going to continue to impress. She’s sweet and always friendly, and I truly love chatting with her anytime she’s around.     Kayla! Looking focused, determined and mean! You got to be all three of those things to hold that KB front rack position! Kayla is such an awesome athlete and it’s been so much fun to watch her grow as a CrossFitter since the first day she walked through the door. She is consistent and always a stickler for form and technique. She has built a solid foundation and that’s why she just keeps getting better! So glad she found us!
