Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round.

20 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

30 Handstand Push-Ups   MRX 2/4” rise
40 GHD Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell Goblet Squats   24/16   RX+32/24   MRX 20/12

Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round.

    Giddy up cowboy. Bryce pulling off what only Bryce can pull off. The second Bryce and Nathele walk through the door the day is better. Bryce has a contagious way about him and it starts with his honest and positive attitude. The next best thing is his humor and his humor is spot on all the time. Bryce has been with us for many years now and he’s maintained his fitness as well as anyone along the way even with setbacks. I’m not shy about letting folks know that I love Bryce and the whole Anderson family. Thanks for finding us buddy

    Oh gracious, I must say I truly love this man! Bryce is one of a kind in every way. He’s full of jokes and laughs, and he’s got a heart of gold. 💛 He’s committed to his health and fitness and enjoys it outside the gym with his awesome family. Truly one of the most genuine people I know. He never fails to put a smile on my face 🤗 Keep being you, Bryce!
