    Yes sir! Michael toting that wallball and putting in work. This guy is a hard working athlete and a totally awesome person. He’s sincere, easy going, friendly and kind. He works hard in and out of the gym and is a dedicated dad and family man too. Always love catching up with Michael and usually sharing some laughs, too. Keep grinding, Michael! 😁

    My man Mikey! This ain’t nuthin but taken out the trash for Michael. When you hustle like this dude does out of the gym then a WOD ain’t nuthin. Micheal has never been afraid to put in the work and that’s why he gets so much done. CFHSV became a better place the second he joined. He’s as genuine and authentic as they come with a sense of humor to boot. We love having Michael with us at CFHSV cause of the person he is but he’s a pretty bad a** dude in the gym too. Keep it up brother!
