    Alex A is always pushing through. Awesome shot of this guy doing what he loves in a down pour. Alex is a natural born runner that always logs extra miles but he’s made major gains across the board and he’s done it the right way. He’s a humble, polite and friendly, hard working guy in and out of the gym. Glad ya found us buddy

    This picture is perfect, because nothing stops Alex from putting in work! This guy has been fit since day one, but he has made incredible gains in both strength and skill. He’s become a well-rounded CrossFit stud who can do it all and has the scores to show for it! But most importantly, he’s a genuine and humble guy and I’m so glad he’s made CFHSV his home! 😁
