    Shea putting in work amongst some other awesome early morning ladies getting it done! Shea has been a regular at CrossFit Huntsville for years, and I still feel like I learn a little something new about her every time she comes to class. Always enjoy chatting with her in the mornings and always glad to see her walk through the door. She’s a CrossFit stud who’s got a great balance of work and fun. Keep it up, Shea!

    Shea floating and focused at the same time. Shea is the real deal in and out of the gym. She’s a renaissance women that does it all. Shea represents CrossFit in the coolest way because she uses it for fitness, fun, and work. She’s got a wicked sense of humor and always keeps it real before and after throwing down. You rock!
