C. Shoulder / Core Development

-2 sets 8 Turkish Get-ups each arm (light to moderate wt)
-1 minute High Plank Hold Straight to 1 minute Low Plank Hold

    Dustin! Lb for lb the strongest guy I know. Still not sure why he puts knee sleeves on- maybe that’s the secret- warm calf muscles

    Dustin truly is one bad to the bone CFHSV CFer and super cool as well.
    I don’t normally post my scores when I validate some of our upcoming WODs, but I had a lady (Miranda) one day ask me if I even worked out. Anyway here is a WOD we will perform next month and it will also give you a heads up to make sure you stay proficient or start working on a certain exercise.

    7min to build up and work on Single Leg Deadlifts
    6 RFT: (25min cap)
    -6 Right Leg Deadlifts 135/95 RX+ 155/105 MRX 95/65
    -7 Bar Facing Burpees
    -6 Left Leg Deadlifts
    -7 T2B
    -14/12cal Row or 14/12cal A bike
    Rest 2min Exactly
    For Time and Minimal Breaks/Rest:
    -400m Farmers Carry KBs or DBs 53/35
    RX+70/53 MRX 45/25
    **Catch every time you stop to Rest, perform
