3 minute AMRAP of:

12 over the bar lateral burpees

9 deadlifts  165/115  or  135/95  or  115/80

6 hang power cleans 165/115  or  135/95  or  115/80

3 thrusters 165/115  or  135/95  or  115/80

max reps pull-ups  RX+ chest-to-bar

rest 3 minutes, repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds

**score is total number pull-ups/chest-to-bar from all 3 AMRAPS combined and load**

C.  Flexibility Development

2x 30 second couch stretch

1x 30 second American splits

2x 30 second prisoner/wall shoulder stretch

1x 30 second Chinese splits

spend 2-4 minute with favorite stretches
