    She’s back! Lindsey has worked very hard on making a comeback and we’re excited to see her doing more and more. She’s been patient, smart, and continued to show up despite her limitations. And now she’s showing the old moves again. Lindsey is one tough cookie and I’m so glad to see her doing what she loves again. Keep it up young lady 😊

    Lindsey! Look at that overhead position with BOTH arms! This lady has done everything right and the slow/steady progress is now paying off. I feel like she’s doing a little more every single day. She’s always smart and listens to her body. She’s an awesome athlete and shows up daily to put in work! Proud of your progress, Lindsey!

    I’m so impressed with the Lindsey’s journey over the past several months, and there’s nothing better than seeing her looking happy and doing what she loves! Lindsey has got a strong work ethic and she’s proven she knows how to handle a little adversity. She’s dedicated, determined, and committed to her health and fitness. She’s a strong CrossFitter who loves moving a barbell, but she’s got plenty of skills too. Way to be, Lindsey, stay after it! 🙂
