Kathy! I did Kathy’s personal 101 7 or more years ago. She’s been a staple at CFHSV and the 6:15 class ever since. Kathy has been so consistent just this past week hit a PR on bench press to make the leaderboard! She’s has a kind smile and word of encouragement for those around her, she’s CrossFit through and through, and it hasn’t been a full day at CFHSV until she walks though the door. You’re awesome Kathy ?
