    Willy D for DEEP in that squat. Will Dennis is one of a kind. Despite his statuesque build and mythological strength, he’s actually pretty unassuming. Will is quiet and polite to coaches and fellow athletes. However he’s often misunderstood and his ‘friends’ bait him daily. He’s of high character and stays the course. Will is as strong as anybody in the gym and can perform gymnastics like he’s Tinker Bell. Will cares enough to show up, but he doesn’t care enough to get rattled. Don’t mess with Will cause he’s harmless until you do. Get ‘em Will!

    That’s what I’m talking about Will. Showing off and looking picture perfect! Will is a great athlete and definitely a home run hitter. Give this guy the right WOD, and nobody can touch him. In fact, just catch him in the right mood, and the result will be the same. Every other day, you can catch Will on the receiving end of merciless banter from his closest friends. He takes it all in stride, and never lets it get to him. Maybe that’s because he knows he could smoke every one of them any day of the week if he felt like it. I certainly know he can 🙂 Keep it up, stud!

    Lately, there has been a slight bit of sizzle to this steak.

    I did the workout today. It’s as bad as I remember. DNF. 44+ something finishing the carry.

    Trill Will, Water Break Will, The Big Whiffa.. he ain’t EVER been anywhere on time and loves anything free. He’s my buddy and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

    That sucked.. need to pay more attn during the briefing. Did 15 extra burpees(not over bar) and 7 extra box jumps(incorrect way) but you can ALWAYS count on Misty to keep you in check.❤️

    Will! Awesome pic of a perfect front squat position! This guy walks in slowly, quietly and then moves big weight fast! He is a stud of an athlete that can do it all! Keep setting up in the front so you can show everyone how it’s done!
