B. In front of a clock set for 15 minutes:

1 minute of barbell OHS  45/35

2 minutes of sit-ups an-mat unanchored

3 minutes of hand release push-ups

4 minutes of pull-ups

5 minutes of WBS  20/14  10′

    Guess I should post how the lifting meet went. I opened with a 69kg snatch, missed 72kg, then finished with and easy 72kg snatch. On the clean and jerk I opened with 97kg, hit 100kg, and then PR’d at 104kgs. I had a very good time and encourage anyone interested to sign up for a meet and give it a try! Lots of fun!

    Also, I just want to say, watching everyone come in yesterday and give their all on open WOD 2 is very inspiring and such a pleasure to see! Let’s all keep up the tremendous effort for 14.3.
