Hey Guys! I’m going to get a weight belt as well as Rope Climbing Sleeve (aka Gator) from 2Pood this week. Tony said the gators are at the warehouse in Birmingham, and he was going there this Saturday. I was told that if we get a bigger order together we may be able to score a discount.

Lesha knows the date of the one previous to these dates. It was about 3 years ago today that she peeled a massive layer of skin off of her shin on the box jump. Nasty!
Nice description. I remember vividly last time I did this wod being ‘lopped off at the knees’ when I got to the burpees.
I remember it well! It wasn’t just a scrape, it was a bone revealing explosion! Fun times! It only took three years to jump that high again…

I must admit that I quit 2-3 times during the burpees, and only resurrected due to guilt since Daniel and Nate C were looking at me. Prob could have got a better score had I not done that.
In other words, guilt is my motivator.
