    Chris T with the picture perfect kettlebell swing! This man is an animal. He’s got an engine that won’t stop and he gives nothing less than 100% everyday. He’s always kind and friendly too. Often the first one to walk through the door for the last class of the day, and always bringing with him a great attitude and a friendly smile. Thanks for making CFHSV a better place, Chris! 😃

    That’s a nice swing ya got there. Chris is as natural an athlete you’ll meet at CFHSV. He continues to improve in every area of his fitness. It’s always nice to end a long day at CFHSV with Chris and his bride walking through the door with their big smiles and great attitudes. They are the cherry on top of a great day at the gym. Keep steady friend!
